Sovaré shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or harm arising from the misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow the care and safety instructions provided with our products. It is the customer's sole responsibility to use all products purchased from Sovaré in a safe and appropriate manner.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you in connection with any order or use of our website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product(s).

4. Product Safety — Candles & Fragrance

Our candles and fragrance products are intended for use by adults. By purchasing these products, you agree to observe all safety guidelines, including but not limited to:

Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable materials.
Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
Allow the wax to cool completely before handling.

Sovaré accepts no liability for damage, injury, or loss caused by failure to follow these or any other safety instructions provided with the product.

5. Allergy & Ingredient Disclaimer

Our products contain fragrance oils and other ingredients that may cause reactions in individuals with sensitivities or allergies. Full ingredient information is provided on product packaging/ or upon request for relevant Safety Data Sheet Information. It is your responsibility to review ingredients before use. Sovaré is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from use of our products where the product has been used as directed.

6. Scent Descriptions

Fragrance descriptions on our website are subjective and intended as a guide only. Scent perception varies between individuals and environments. We do not guarantee that your experience of a fragrance will match the description provided.

7. Pricing & Availability

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price and will notify you promptly.

Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to discontinue or reformulate any product without notice.

8. Orders & Contract

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when payment has been deducted from the customers "you" account. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

9. Subscriptions

Subscription products are billed on a recurring basis as shown at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with the cancellation terms communicated at the point of sign-up. In the event that a specific product included in a subscription box is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a product of equal or greater value. Subscription pricing and contents are subject to change; we will provide reasonable notice of any material changes.

10. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original condition. Gift sets and bundles must be returned as a complete set; individual items from a bundle or gift set cannot be returned separately. For damaged or defective items, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

11. Promotional Codes & Discounts

Promotional codes are subject to individual terms and conditions. Unless otherwise stated, codes are single-use per customer, non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers, and may be withdrawn or expire at any time without notice.
