Refund policy

Return within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in original packaging unused and unopened. A message via WhatsApp including your order number, reason for return and image of proof in mandatory. Upon inspection a refund will be issues of applicable. Further correspondence from Sovaré will be issued on the update of your return. If a refund is not granted, your options will be provided to you.
