Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. During peak periods (such as Christmas and Valentine's Day), processing times may be slightly longer — we'll always communicate any delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email including tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at sovareadmin@sovare.co.uk and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Undeliverable Packages

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, if there is no response from yourself, your order may be cancelled and refunded in full. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Important Note on Our Products

All Sovaré products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Our candles and fragrance products are dispatched in protective packaging to prevent damage in transit.
